About Er. Mahendra Khadka
Er. Mahendra Khadka leads project management and construction operations at Unique Solutions Engineering Consultancy. With rigorous on-site experience across eastern Nepal, he manages construction schedules, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, material procurement, concrete slump testing, and quality assurance protocols for high-end residential and commercial builds.
He ensures that every structural design produced by USEC is accurately translated to the job site without compromise on rebar detailing, concrete grade adherence (M20/M25), or curing protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Capabilities
Turnkey Project Supervision
Supervises foundation excavation, column-beam casting, and finishing to prevent cost overruns and delays.
BOQ & Rate Analysis
Calculates precise material requirements (cement, rebar, aggregates, bricks) conforming to local District Rate norms.
Concrete Quality Assurance
Conducts mandatory 7-day and 28-day cube compressive strength tests ensuring specified load capacities.
Contractor Management
Liaises with specialized sub-contractors, plumbers, and electricians to maintain ISO-standard finishing.
